Chef Boy Logro's 7 Flavors Restaurant
Food Buffets have been a big part of the Philippine food culture. We all love a good buffet as the sight of abundance of food is something that excites us and our tummies. There are a lot of choices for buffet spots across the Metro, and another buffet spot is a welcome addition for foodies like us.
Chef Boy Logro is known as the Kusina Master where he whips up delicious dishes in a breeze. It's not a surprise that he opened his own restaurant, 7 Flavors in San Juan. It opened last May 2015, and had been satisfying a lot of foodies for it's wide selection of dishes at an affordable price.
Sosh and I wouldn't pass up this invite to try the dishes at 7 Flavors. We dropped by at dinnertime on a weekday. The place is big and the interiors were really modern. They have ample parking spaces, which is a hard to find in San Juan.

Few of the plates we had that night. It was a feast for that night there was a mix of Asian dishes that you will surely love. Not pictured here is Chef Boy's Crispy Kare kare which you shouldn't miss. Personally, I do not like kare kare because the peanut and shrimp paste does not sit well on my taste buds. But Chef Boy's Kare kare is an exception. The combination of crispy pork, subtle peanut taste with an amazing bagoong, I was like "uh huh, Let me have that kare kare".
Thank you 7 Flavors for that wonderful at satisfying night. Mind you that you can have this delicious spread at an affordable price. 7 Flavor's Buffet is open every day for lunch 11 AM to 2:30 PM and for dinner 5:30PM to 10PM. From Monday to Thursday lunch time, the buffet is P399.99 while dinner time is P499.99. From Friday to Sunday and holidays, both lunch and dinner buffets are priced at P599.99. The difference between weekend buffets is the presence of an action station which features something different every week and it has already featured the likes of teppanyaki, tempura and liempo.
If you are not into stuffing your face with these much food, they also have a cafe downstairs where you can order ala carte dishes.
